About the Club

Olympia Handball club was established in September 2005. Affiliated to the English Handball Association, the Club currently runs competitive men’s team in national league 1 and 2, and a women's team in the national women's league. It is one of only a few clubs in England where people of all abilities can meet and have fun enjoying the sport.

The club wants to establish itself as the major handball club in England through the recruitment and development of new players. We aim to win the British Cup and National Leauge, and have players with the potential to do so.

The team current plays and trains at the SCORE Sports Complex in Leyton, Waltham Forest. As this is one of the host boroughs for the London 2012 Olympics, the Club is also looking to be actively involved in the development of young talent in the country to assist the development of a strong British national team.

Are you looking for a handball team to continue a dwindling career? Have you perhaps never played but would be keen on trying? Either way, Olympia Handball club is always welcoming new players to practice and play competitive games. If you are interested, please get in touch with details so that we can contact you.
