Alternatively, you could come visit us during training times. Currently, both men and women train on Tuesdays (8 pm - 10 pm) and Thursdays (8 pm - 10 pm). Both trainings take place at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, Ledrington Road, London, SE19 2BB. The easiest way to get to the sports centre is to go by rail to Crystal Palace Rail Station and walk from there (see the map below).
Trains to Crystal Palace depart from London Bridge, London Victoria and Whitechapel (no changes required from either of these stations). The train times are:
London Bridge: 19.22
London Victoria: 19.22
Whitechapel (London Overground): 19.08
